If you would like to text only Virgin Mobil has a great plan. You buy a phone and then you can get unlimited text for an entire month for just twenty dollars. Can't beat that plan.

Virgin Mobile offers prepaid plans that are 19. 99 a month for unlimited texting. Each month all you have to do is buy a top of card and put $20 on it. You don't have to answer any phone calls and just stick to the texting!

Theres no such thing as a number only for texting, it is required to have a whole cell phone plan with calling included. Why not just get a number and use it for only texting, you don't necessarily need to call anyone,thats not required.

I don't think there's such thing as texting only number, but if you don't want to use the call function on your phone, you could block the incoming and outgoing calls, and you would get what you need.

Motorola once had a texting only device that worked with an at&t plan. They no longer exist unfortunately. You can buy a prepaid phone and only put money on it for texting though.

You can contact most cell phone companies to get a number for texting only. They will be able to let you know the plans that they offer and the prices. You can also get a prepaid plan for texting only. You should compare prices to get the best deal for you.

This is phone realted thing, look manual. On SonyEricsson pressing "#" button you get menu where is option "123... " select that when you need just numbers. Left menu button on (SE W760) "Message writing" menu comes too options like special charters what you may need. But every phone is diffrent, Nokia, LG and Samsung there is different ways.
