To get a GPS on your Blackberry, you need to enable it or to set it up. This requires a navigation maps which can be downloaded. Make sure that you've subcsribed to your network carrier. It also requires that your Blackberry has a built-in GPS or even an external GPS and a bluetooth connection. Also an area with radio signal.

GPS relies on hardware and software to work, so if your Blackberry doesn't have the hardware part there's no app or software you can buy that will magically make it work unfortunately. If it's part of the phone already it should be a standard feature that you can access on your phone.
