There are do it yourself kits that can be purchased. It may not be legal where you live. Do some research on the internet to see what is legal where you live. Also go to your states legal entity and look up the requirements for divorce. Filing the motions, and a judge will still have to grant the divorce

If you and your husband agree on everything concerning the divorce you should be able to go to the court house and ask them for the forms to do a do it yourself divorce. You then have to fill them out have them notarized and then pay the court fees.

I knew a person that went to staples and was able to get a divorce kit. This is one of many legal kits that are available. There are all the forms you need to prepare a divorce. Fill out the forms and take them to your local court. This way you can avoid attorneys.

It is easy to do if both parties agree to a no fault divorce. You can down load simple divorce papers from the internet and use them to file the papers. After which you will be awarded a court date in which you will both appear before a judge and agree to the terms of the divorce.

If the divorce is non-contested the easiest way to get a divorce would be to use the multiple websites available that allow you to download the forms for a divorce.
