How do you fry a turkey without cutting it into pieces?

I don't have a pot that big.

A turkey really should be cooked in a large deep fryer with temperature control. You can get turkey fryers fairly cheaply close to thanksgiving and I would not suggest trying to make the turkey without one as it can be rather dangerous as you are working with a large amount of very hot oil.

There is no other way to fry a turkey without cutting it up if you do not have a large enough pot to fry it in.

You will need an outdoor turkey fryer available at stores such as Home Depot or Bass Pro Shops. They come with a pot big enough to fry a whole turkey.

There is no way to do this. Why don't you bake the turkey. Clean it out, sprinkle salt and pepper on the top. Cover the legs & wings with foil.
