How do you format keyboard shortcuts?

For a mac you go to system preferences and then go to keyboard. You would be able to format you shortcuts key. However, you can't change it unless you use a certain program. For pc, same with mac,,all shortcuts are already set and the only way you can change it is with program like HotKey Manager.

Use brackets around the appropriate keys with a dash in between. Eg (CTR-ALT-DELETE) to bring up the Windows Task Manager or (ALT-F4) to close the open window.

In microsoft applications the shortcuts can be removed in the same menu that they were added. In windows keyboard shortcuts can be removed in the keyboard settings menu.

Not all keyboard shortcuts are configurable. Most programs come with preset shortcuts and you cant really configure them. Also the shortcuts depend on the program you are using.
