Nowadays with mass production, it would probably be cheaper to look into the cost to replace the strut instead of repairing it.

A leaking strut must be replaced. The spring must be compressed with a special tool before removing the strut. Some auto part stores will loan tools. The strut bearing, and bellows must be inspected and replaced if needed. Strut assemblies are available with the spring already installed.

A strut is what absorbs shocks in your cal, in order to fix this, you need to take you car to a qualified dealer to fix the leaking strut and make sure that they align it.
