If the soccer ball does not have any puncture wounds, simply inflating the soccer ball with an air pump like those used for bicycle tires should do the trick. If the soccer ball has a puncture wound, there are places like a local soccer shop that may offer repair services, but it is probably cheaper to buy a new ball.

If the internal bladder is ruptured there is no fix for a flat soccer ball, unless it is just low on air and needs to be pumped up.

There are certain cases towards fixing a flattened soccer ball. You can purchase a ball pump at a sporting goods store or at any major convenient store. If your ball is experiencing holes from sharp objects, there are patches at sporting stores you can use to repair the hole.

Like any ball that has become flat, just simply get an air pump and fill it up to the required amount.

First, submerse it in water and put pressure on it to see if there are any leaks in the balls seams. If not, inflate it.

You can get an air pump. You just stick the needle into the hole in the soccer ball and pump the ball full of air. You can buy this air pump at any local sporting goods store. If you ask for it, they'll know what it is you're talking about.

A soccer ball can be pumped up with a handpump or air compressor. Be sure to use the correct needle-type tip when pumping up the ball.
