How do you fix a cell phone that fell into water?

My baby dropped my phone into a glass of water, and now it won't turn on. Is there a way to dry it off and make it work again?

Two ways to fix a wet cell phone. Take a bowl of unboiled dry rice and remove the phone's panel. Place all parts in it. leave it for 24 hours and your cell phone will be fixed. Next method is dismantle your phone and place it in a bright focus light and let it be heated to get fixed.

IMMEDIATELY, remove the battery. Blow out the visible water w/ a COOL hair dryer or vacuum blower. Do not replace the battery for 3 deys. Cover phone in "uncooked" rice. Place on a "warm" surface of TV or? for 3 days. Do not place in direct sun!

my cell phone gets wet because i keep it in my turn out coat pocket. Sometimes it makes it. Sometimes not but i like leaving it on the dash of my truck and it dries slowly. We use cells to communicate sometimes so everything we say dosent go over scanners

If you have a cell phone fall into water, immediately remove the battery. As quickly as possible, you should then rinse it with _distilled_ water and allow to dry.
