How do you find a cheap mortgage?

A mortgage itself is not actually cheap. You want one from a reputable company or it could cost you in the long run. You can try finding a cheaper house, making a large down payment and lowering your interest to help keep your costs down.

Sometimes you can find them in yard sales for a quarter, but it's rare. Usually I go to eBay or Amazon because I don't like buying anything new. I prefer the gently used mortgage.
