Your yearly salary is your hourly wage times the number of hours per day that you work, times the number of days per week that you work, times 52. If you work 40 hours per week, your yearly salary is your monthly wage times 12.

You have to multiply your hourly wage by the number of hours you work in a week. Then multiply that number by 52 weeks. You've got it!

Take the dollars you make per hour, and multiply that number by 40 hours a week (for the standard full time benchmark). Then multiply that figure by 52 weeks in the year. The result is your annual salary.
