Purchase Kitten Milk Replacer (KMR) from your veterinarian or pet store. Mix it with warm water based on the dilution on the can and feed it to the kittens via a bottle. After feeding, rub the kittens' belly and butt with a warm/wet cotton ball to induce elimination.

We had a kitten once that was too young to eat on its own so we used an eye dropper.
