Call the sheriff in your county to inquire about the process. You will have to complete a form requesting eviction, pay a fee, schedule a hearing and go to court. The Court will issue the order, notify the tenants and arrange a date on which the sheriff will remove them, if they don't vacate by then.

The occupier can be evicted from the property if the occupier is in illegal possession with the help of the police. But if he or she happens to be a bonafide tenant, then a plaint will have to be filed in the court for eviction.

You will need to go to the court house and file an official eviction. Upon your court date, the judge will order the eviction take place if the law permits.
