Your due date is estimated from the first day of your last menstrual period. If you know that date, count ahead forty weeks from that date. For example, if the first day of your last menstrual period of August 1st, then forty weeks from that day is May 9th. Your OB/GYN can also do an ultrasound to check fetal development.

Your due date is 280 days, or approximately 40 weeks (10 months)from the first day of your last period. If your periods are irregular you may need an Ultrasound to determine the due date.

Your due date is 40 weeks from the day of your last period. You could also calculate 38 weeks from your date of conception.
