How do you eat lobster?

If you go to a restaraunt you buy the lobster already steamed. They give you the untensils that you will need to open up the lobster and you dip the meat into butter or whatever else that you would like to eat it with. I think that the utensiles make it easier to eat.

First understand how to cook it. Is it a lobster tail whole or chopped into pieces? Usually if it's cooked well, then the meat should come off automatically.
