How do you draw a picture of a giraffe?

It really does depend on the giraffe but i would suggest that the neck should be around the same length as the rest of the giraffes body. Try to start off with a horses body and lengthen the legs and of course the neck. The head is almost like a dows head with an extended nose.

You should definitely draw by looking at a picture. That will give you the most accurate neck to body ratio, roughly 1:2.5-3.
