Usually you can search google or other search providers for "script" font's. A lot of the time the term "fancy" can also help. "DaFont" is a good source. You take these font's, drag them into your fonts folder (usually C:\Windows\System32\Fonts), reload Photoshop, then use the text (T) tool and select the font you want.
Do search online for a cursive font. There are quite a variety out there so choose some that you like and download them from one of the many font pages.
