Remove the plastic shell, followed by the seat and the tank. Before removing any plugs, make sure you throttle, choke and cluth cables. Also, make sure there is no dirt or debris near the head. Unbolt the oil lines, then cover bolts. Mind the gasket. Remove the signal generator cover, and adjust as needed. Replace exactly as uninstalled,
