How do you determine an enzyme concentration reaction rate?

I'm trying to perform my own experiment.

If you know the reaction and the concentrations of everything then you can simply use the equation ( concentrations of reactants over products = the rate of reaction).Or you could find it experimentally by measuring either the appearance of product or the disappearance of substrate and calculating the rate!

The rate of a chemical reaction is depends on the concentration of enzyme, concentration of substrate and also the product formed.Rate of a reaction can be calculated by using the formula V=Vmax/(1+Km/[s]). In which V=Rate of a reaction,Vmax=maximum rate of a reaction,Km=concentration of substrate permit enzyme to achieve half Vmax the,[s]=substrate concentration.
