Baking soda will neutralize the urine. Mix baking soda and water into a solution. With a rag rub it on the stain. Rinse well with clean water. This should solve your problem.

Depends what it's in. If its fabric, I swear by Febreze, however if it is really embedded, a professional steam cleaning is really your only recourse. Urine is hard to get out if it has really taken root. If this is deep into a mattress, even a pro steam cleaning may not do it,it can stink bad in humid weather.
