Civilly. Despite any ill feeling or plain dislike for the woman, you need to remember that you are an adult with self respect. Regardless of the reasons for your divorce you are off to a new life and she is stuck with all of his habits that you found irritating.

Think of the things that your husband's ex-wife will be putting up with or will have to put up with in the future. Most folks don't change and your ex-husband will probably treat her the same way he treated you.
