I would go to your supervisor's immediate supervisor and let them know what the problem is. You may also be able to talk to the HR people at your company, as they can file official complaints. The best way to get this handled is to take it to higher management.

In every place of employment there is SOP's that are required. I would certainly start by talking to my supervisor about how unprofessional I feel that she/he may be and hopefully that would solve the problem but if that is not the case then I would certainly go to his/her supervisor and explain the unprofessional behaviour of a supervisor.

Don't take it personally. Don't lose your cool. Consider asking him or her directly to politely stop a certain behavior. If necessary, ask a higher level manager to intervene. Emphasize your discomfort and your desire to work hard in peace. Don't make legal threats or get angry.

Request a private meeting with your supervisor and share your concerns about his behavior towards you. If the behavior persists, then file a complaint with the manager who is over your supervisor. If this doesn't work, then it may be time to quit and look for another job. Also consider calling the company's headquarers.
