How do you deal with a jealous husband on the job?

If his behavior is interfering with his performance or your job performance, his jealousy may ruin both your jobs and your marriage. In the short term, talk to your supervisor to request a transfer so that you do not work with him or work somewhere that he cannot visit you. Then get couples counseling for his jealousy.

You need to have a heart to heart with your husband and assure him that while you are working away from the home that is all that you are doing. That your love and your feelings are for him only. Do things to make him more confident in your relationship.

Talk to him. Tell him that you do not have your eyes set on any other man and that you are simply there to work. As long as your actions match your words he should have no reason to worry.

I will allow him to be himself,so he will be atleast content with himself. I will confront him and ask him reason for his jealousy and will make him understand that i and he are not two different people so if i m good at some thing it should make him happy
