How do you create a fruit bouquet?

I see them advertised and I'd like to make one.

If you have most of some basic tools you can make a fruit bouquet without a kit. Just choose a large mug and add a styrofoam ball. Cover the top with lettuce and add skewered grapes, berries, and balled melons. Use the cookie cutters on fresh pineapple, canteloupe or honeydew. Watermelon isn't recommended as it falls apart easily

You use wooden skewers to spear the fruit as flowers and anchor them in a decorative container or large piece of fruit, such as a watermelon. Use inverted large strawberries are "tulips," several grapes of different colors on another skewer, cut daisy shaped pieces of pineapple and so forth. Find a picture of a bouquest you like and imitate it.

Choose a base like a melon. Cut chosen fruit into different shapes and place on long wooden skewers and insert into the base, being sure to cover all the surface.

Basically what you do is slice and dice up some fruit. Go out and buy a bag of skewers and a vase to put it in. Get a piece of Styrofoam to fit in the bottom of the vase. Skewer the fruit, and stick it in the Styrofoam. Arrange it as nicely as you can.
