To convert ounces to milliliters, take the amount in question (in ounces) and multiply it by 29.5735296 (to get milliliters). Usually just multiplying it by 29.6 will be sufficient enough though. To get a number from milliliters to ounces, divide by that number.

To convert fluid ounces to milliliters (mL), simply multiply by 29.5. It takes about 33.8 fluid ounces, just over a quart, to equal one liter.

One ounce equals 29.5735296 ml, so multiply by about 30 to get the answer. If you type it into Google, the calculator will convert for you, for instance type "30 oz in ml" (without the quotes)
