You need the password! Don't try to hack their connection. Just ask them. I'm sure they will be willing to let you use it.

In some jurisdictions that is considered unauthorized access or theft of services, and can result in jail time or a fine. Breaking 128-bit WEP encryption is very difficult for someone who has no experience in cracking. You should talk to your neighbor about sharing the connection if you are really that desperate.

Well if you want to connect to his wireless connection then you need to ask him for the password. It is frowned upon to give information about how to hack into someones wifi network.
