How do you configure the Windows 2000 Fax Server?

Start Fax Service Management. In the left pane, click Devices. Right-click the device you want to configure, and then click Properties. Select one or more of the following options to send or receive a fax: Enable Send: Select this check box to send faxes. This is selected by default. Enable Receive: Select this check box to receive faxes.

Well basically connect it your modem and install the software on Windows and then just check if it works by manually testing.
