try adding a little bit of bleach to a full tub and running the jets for a while. If bleach is too strong, use white vinager.

Use a bleach/water solution (1 part bleach to 10 parts water) and scrub with a toothbrush. If you prefer to use something stronger, Tilex will work too.

the way that I would clean mold off of my whirlpool bath jets is to take a small tooth brush that I have not used in 4 years and I would use that to get into the jets to clean it out and then I would use a heavy duty metal scrubber to get the rest.
