First, you need to have a new image that you intend to use as your backdrop. It is best if you save it to an easily accessible folder or to the desktop. Then, from the Control Panel, select Change Desktop Background and browse and select your desired file. This is the same process as for a desktop computer.

By going to the control panel select display settings there we can see a option for changing the background,click on browse button and select the picture and then give Apply.
