Alternating spokes pull on the rim equally both side to keep it aligned. Bent rim and spokes need to be taken apart first to see how badly bent your rim is? Do like above, best to replace the rim and repoke the wheel (shops charge $30-$50) .

You have to remove the bike wheel and get a new one. You could try to tap it out with a rubber hammer but it is rarely easy. Replacing it should be easier and have very little cost. If you want to check pawn shops and thrift stores for cheap bikes and parts that will save your money.

You will first need to remove the damaged bike rim from your bike and remove the tire and tube from the damaged rim. Then you can go to most bike stores or look online. use the rim specification on the rim to get the right replacement. If you can't find it, most bike stores can help.
