Keep them warm, sheltered and make sure Mom is healthy and feeding them. If so, she will do all you need. Refrain from handling them, any sign of distress- VET.

For new born puppies, the best thing you can do is to help the mother dog and she will care for the pups. Make she has a clean nest to care for them in and make sure it is neither too hot, nor too cold for their comfort. The mother dog needs a good quality food and lots of water.

They can't see right now, so make sure the mom is close by, or keep them close to blankets so that they feel secure. Make sure they stay warm.

Keep them warm, fill a bottle with hot water for them. Mother dog makes them pee and poo and feeds them. If not, you should do it every 3 hours.
