You want to give it plenty of food and water and shelter for it to get out of the rain.

A keet is a baby guinea fowl. You can use chicken feed to feed a guinea, although a higher protein game fowl feed may be more appropriate.

Guinea fowl, or "gleanies" are a lot of fun. They eat mostly insects and seeds and can be very big and heavy and agressive when they are very young adults.

They need adequate space and shelter, feed and water. They do not do well in cold environments. They require more room than chickens and do well on standard poultry feed- do NOT give medicated feed. They are delicate to that. Your extension service will have free guides, or consult Storey's Guide to Poultry.
