Antelope makes for great steaks and stew meat if you butcher it correctly. Immediately after the kill you will want to make a long horizontal cut along the anterior axis of the antelope and gut it. Standard butchering is then performed exactly as you would to a deer.

Cut and trim as fast as you can before the temperature warms up and the wasps unleash their fury on you.

I think that it would be butchered similarly to a traditional American deer, you will want to do this quickly though as antelope generally live in extremely warm climates and the meat will go bad soon. I hope that you have a good time hunting.

If this question means how to slaughter an antelope then i can answer it because I have seen my dad do it. I can butcher an antelope by first strapping its feet with a rope and then cutting its jugular with a sharp knife. Then I will hang it for 12 hours so all the blood comes out...

Antelope is a ruminant mammal resembling the deer. It runs very fast. You can butcher itby using the anasthetic injuction. With help of peculear gun injuct the sadative injuction on the body surface of the antelope then it fell down with in a second. Then you can easily butcher it.
