How do you boot a computer in safe mode?

When a computer first turns on or reboots, repeatedly hit F8 on the keyboard. A list of boot options will be displayed before Windows fully loads. Select "Safe Mode".

switch on the power button of your system. than press F12 or any other key it will depend on your system. after you will get the boot setup wizard which will give you the list to boot the system select it as safe mode than you will boot with safe mode
