I would highly suggest you talk to a specialist or stylist who can bleach your hair properly. Peroxide will bleach your hair but depending on the starter color of your hair it can turn yellow and extremely damaged if you do not know what you are doing.

You could I suppose, but I would not suggest it. When it comes to bleaching your hair, you need to take precautions, I would suggest having it done professionally. Another thing to keep in mind, bleaching causes major damage.
