A folder cannot be attached to an email. If you have only a few files, you can attach them one at at time. If there are a lot of file to transfer however, you should compress your folder using 7zip for example : this will turn your folder and everything it contains into a single file easily transferable.

You can only attach files with an email. So unless you want to attach every single file in that folder, I would suggest you to compress your folder into a file and attach this file. Navigate to folder, which contains your folder, right click on the folder and from the menu select Send To - Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Typically you can only attach single files. If you wish to sens a whole folder you can compress it into an archive file and just send that.

The way to attach a folder to an email is to first go into your email and click on new message. Type who you want the message to go out to. Then at the tool bar there should be an icon that says "attachment" then click browse and click what you want attached and then click send.
