How do you amend bylaws?

Our community has set bylaws that we would like to change, can you provide me with informaiton on how to do so.

To amend the bylaws of your community, you should probably look into the existing bylaws for information on the proper procedure to propose and then implement amendments. If this provides no insight, then you may want to attend the next meeting of your community's board of directors. Propose the amendments you want to see, and go from there.

If you have bylaws, I assume you have some sort of a homeowner's or renter's association. You can bring up your concerns at a meeting of that association, and the members can vote on whether a change should be made. There must be a process in place for what percent have to agree for a vote to pass.

Bylaws are necessary for the administration and for the control for a socety or unions. If any byelaws are to be amended a special general body meeting has to be convenned and resolution should be passed by 75% mejority.
