Run high performance LU lube in it. Keep the LU in good adjustment. Run it near the high end of the power band, up to 6000 rpm.

If you have reffered to the owners manual and have come up empty then you need to go to the manufacturer themselves and explain the problem and have them tell you the proper procedures you need to follow to accomplish what it is that you want to do or take it to a boat marina for information.
