Have to connect wire near gear rod. Headlight always getting dimmer option. we have to connect switch to operate. Once we connect the wire, we use the switch to dimmer. When we start car put lights on the headlights always getting huge brightness. once we set the control, we can reduce the brightness using by the switch. Try it

There is no head light dimmer switch. There should be a round nob located on the dashboard near the wheel that is used to control the brightness of the gauge lights.
