This is depending on what operating systems you want to use. If you want to use two Windows operating systems you should first install the older one (e.g. XP) and after that the newer one (Vista or 7). If you want to use Windows and Linux you have to install Windows first and Linux afterwards.

First, you need to determine how to choose your computer's Boot Device. This information can usually be obtained from the manufacturer. Next, you need to insert the Boot Media (install CD, flash drive, etc) and set your computer to boot from that media. The operating system you are trying to install should automatically handle the rest of the steps.

if you want to load a second operating system on to your mac use a mac client called boot camp what it dose is if you have a copy of windows you can boot that onto your mac. if you have a pc you will want to use something called virtual machine and it gose with any operating system.

First you need more than one partition in your computer to install a second operating system. Then install the second operating system in the drive other than the previous operating system is installed. Then use some third party software like Easy BCD to configure your Boot-manager according to your wish.
