Through your phone's main menu, go to "Call History" or "Call Log" (name varies according to manufacturer or software version). Usually, you can browse through Missed Calls, Received Calls, or Dialed Calls. However, the number of phone records kept is limited by the phone's memory size and the user might also chose to erase them regularly.

Usually you can hit the talk button and it will reveal your most recent calls. Otherwise you go the menu and select Call Log or History. There you will get all missed calls, recent calls and incoming.

It depends on the brand of cell phone you have. Most phones have a "menu" option which you would need to click on to access the next area named the "call log." Alot of call logs allow you to then delete the entire log or call numbers you've used before.
