If you divide the numerator by the denominator, then you convert the fraction into a percentage (1 divided by 4 is. 25 or 25%). The order of the percentages would be the order of the fractions, ither highest to lowest or lowest to highest.

First, find the least common denominator of the fractions. Then rename the fractions so that all of the fractions you're working with have the LCD as their denominator. Then you can compare their numerators - the greater the numerator, the greater the fraction.
