HPV, or Human Papiloma Virus belongs to the group of sexually transmitted diseases or STDs. It is transmitted through body fluids exchange, most commonly in interaction of semen and vaginal fluid. It can also be transmitted in contact of skin-body fluids, so it's possible for virgins to have it.

HPV is spread by physical contact with the virus from the warts or infected bodily fluids. HPV can be spread by vaginal sex, oral sex, and rectal sex. HPV has been implicated in many cases of throat cancer but has not been proven to be spread from kissing with those exposed to it.

HPV is a sexually transmitted desease spread, for the most part, by sexual contact. A virgin is almost certainly NOT a sufferer of the virus.

Virgins don't necessarily get it. It's actually from having sex with a partner who has been infected from prior. That's how.
