How do I write an agenda?

At the top of the page, state the purpose of the meeting (committee name, etc). Under that, write the date. Then list the topics for discussion. You might, as a last entry, put something like "other business" in case someone wants to bring up an additional topic.

First, there needs to be a title of the objective. Next, bullets or points outlining the detailed goals for the agenda in the body. Last, the projected end result.

A businss meeting agenda usually contains the following elements: Call to order; attendance; introduction of guests/special presentations; review and approval of previous meeting minutes; old business (each item listed); new business (each item listed); other; adjournment.
