Check that thermostat is in heat mode and has appropriate temperature setting Try moving dial setting up or down a few degrees Clean contacts in thermostat if it is a non-digital type Reset tripped Circuit breaker Replace blown fuse Relight Pilot light See if the air filter is dirty. If so it can be interfering with the amount of heat.

If its an electric furnance check the fuse and the breaker. Replace a blown fuze and reset a tripped breaker. If these check out and you still have a problem call in a professional service person. Replacing heating and power relays is best handled by a professional.

Hook up the furnace and turn it on. If the PC board lights up it's good. If not then replace it. Then make sure all wires are connected and check all safties, bypass them and see if it runs.

You could call a heating and air conditioning place and talk to a professional to get his opinion, do research through an online search engine or check at your local library for resources about furnaces. It's also important to check the little things at home such as the filter and power supply.
