How do I troubleshoot a home air conditioner that is too cold?

Home AC units will usually only put out one temperature of air. It turns on and off based on the reading it receives at the thermostat. It sounds like you may have a thermostat problem. Try replacing it and see if that fixes your problem.

Thermostat should correct the problem, the installation is in question. It's possible that the thermostat senses the temperature too late. The anticipator in the thermostat could also be bad.

we can troubleshoot a home conditioner that is too cold by providing a heat exchanger near the cooling coil where the air blows in the conditioned area, in which some part of the air flows across the heat exchanger thereby some extent of the air which is too cold becoms warm.

If your air conditioner is tool cool then it might be exposed to some outside sources that are causing it. You will need to check all of your wiring and make sure it's correct.

First clean the cooling coils because it part of work is main for air conditioner then check the drain system by removing outer cover. if you find any dust then wash it with small amount of chlorine bleach but don't forget to add water. dry it for some times and fix it and use.
