First off, I'd urge you to go to the doctor. If you want to do it natural I'd advice to not open/break any of the warts to further spread them. I also would recomment a high mg grape seed extract and 200mg Co-eynzme Q10. These both help in the healing and regeneration of the body.

If you want the least caustic method, try salicylic acid treatments. You can get them in the store. If you're more daring, another treatment would be liquid nitrogen. You can get both of these in your local drug store. However, if the warts don't go away, you may need a professional treatment by a doctor.

Warts are caused by a virus so they will eventually go away on their own. If it weren't in your mouth I would suggest covering them with duct tape.

You need to see a doctor. This type of wart is best treated with anti-viral medications that can only be taken orally or by injection, and these are only given by prescription.
