There is no way to do this with home remedies. You will have to see a doctor and get a prescription. It is not expensive and works wonders.

As in most back injuries the wisest thing to do is rest, ice, and ibuprofen. If it persists beyond a few days see your primary care physician.

You would need to go to the doctor to have it checked out. The doctor can help you, be puting you on meds, or finding something that might help you out.

Pinched nerve in the mid back could easily be cured with the back being massaged daily for a week with the mustard oil.
