There is a very fine line between teasing that is okay, and teasing that is offensive. If you want to kid around with your man, try sticking to benign subjects that you know he is not insecure about. The best way to tease a man is to simultaneously compliment him, i. e. by teasing him about how strong he is, etc.

Never tease him about anything he is sentsitive about or that bothers him. Say it in a joking way, and show him afterwards that you were kidding with a kiss.
