In order to find the squeak there must be at least two people available to complete the project. One person must stand in the tub and the other must try to determine where the squeak is coming from. If you can find the squeak and the area is available; a shim can be put in to stop the squeak.

take it that they "squeal"when you turn them on? sometimes this is due to the excessive pressure coming to the valve. first you to test the pressure at home, normally it should be between 50 to 60psi. if it is above you should have your pressure regulator adjusted.

Start with warm soapy water and rub it around the handles and other pivot points. This generally helps the flow of the area and should clear up most of these issues. If you are still having squeking issues, tighten everything up using tools. This should stop it from making noise.

To stop a shower tub from squeeking put a rubber mat on the bottom that has suction cups so it sticks to it. Then your feet won't make the tub squeeek anymore.

Call the installer and tell him to install it properly. Otherwise the wood will leak which is support to the tub is not install properly. So use concrete bed and it gives total support.
