A few different ways. I always tell people more RAM can't hurt. Also, disable any programs and processes that you don't need or run regularly. If you still want extra speed, you can overclock your processor, but by doing that you run the risk of overheating your processor, so just make sure you have good cooling.

To speed up your PC you must upgrade it by changing some hardware of your computer such as the Memory, Hard Disk drive, Processor(Must be compatible to your Motherboard), Video card(must be better to your old one),LAN card, Sound Card, and you must also check the fan of you computers. Delete all unnecessary files.

Start deleting temporary files, create more free disk space on your main partition or save up for some more RAM.
